专利说明:

[0001] The present invention relates to a cooking vessel for cooking food, in particular a pan, a saucepan, a frying pan, a Dutch oven or a cooking pot. a pressure cooker having a temperature sensor for measuring the cooking temperature.
[0002] Document EP0931495 discloses a cooking vessel having a bottom and a side wall, a temperature sensor integrated in the bottom and connected to an electronic circuit for processing the quantity measured by the sensor and displaying the temperature. Thus, the user can monitor the bottom temperature while cooking a food.
[0003] However, the user can place in the container a food to cook that occupies only part of the bottom. When removing this food, if the container has been preheated, the temperature drops more in this part than in the rest of the bottom that does not receive food. Thus, if the temperature sensor is not located in the portion of the bottom that receives the food to be cooked, the displayed temperature does not correspond to the actual temperature to which the food to be cooked is subjected. In addition, the bottom temperature is not homogeneous, this being essentially due to the heating means used and the construction of the cooking vessel. The applicant has demonstrated that the maximum temperature difference in the bottom of a preheated cooking vessel around 250 ° C could reach 60 ° C. Thus, the difference between the displayed temperature and the actual temperature to which the food to be cooked can be further increased. The object of the present invention is to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks and to provide a cooking vessel provided with a temperature sensor that ensures the cooking result of a food. Another object of the invention is to provide a cooking vessel provided with a temperature sensor which is of simple design and economical to implement. These objects are achieved with a cooking vessel having a bottom provided with a temperature sensor electrically connected to remote signal processing and display means, characterized in that the bottom of the cooking vessel comprises means of identification. a zone for depositing food to be cooked, said zone being arranged vis-à-vis the temperature sensor to allow the user to follow the cooking temperature of said food 15 By the zone being arranged vis-à-vis screw of the temperature sensor, it is understood that the zone is arranged vertically above the active measuring part of the temperature sensor when the cooking vessel rests on a heating means. The user can easily deposit the food to be cooked in the identified area, which is arranged in line with the temperature sensor. Thus the temperature sensor is very close to the food to be cooked and the information displayed on the remote display means accurately reflect the evolution of the temperature of the food. As a result, the user can easily succeed in cooking the food by following the information displayed on the remote display means. Preferably, the identification means comprise a marking. This provision makes it possible to obtain a cooking food drop zone which is clearly visible to the user. Advantageously, the marking forms a figure comprising a center, said center being in line with the temperature sensor.
[0004] Thus the food deposited on the marking is centered on the temperature sensor. Advantageously, the marking comprises at least one colored surface.
[0005] By colored surface, it is understood that the marking has a color different from the background color. Advantageously, the color is preferably chosen to present a significant contrast with the background color. Thus, the area of removal of food to cook is very easy to identify by the user.
[0006] Advantageously, the marking comprises at least one line. Advantageously, the line forms the perimeter of a circle.
[0007] Advantageously, the marking comprises at least one letter. This arrangement makes it possible to obtain a marking comprising a word making it possible to make the user understand the particular cooking monitoring function arranged in the cooking vessel. Advantageously, the marking comprises at least one pictogram. By pictogram, we understand a schematic graphical representation, a stylized figurative design having sign function. Thus, a marking comprising a pictogram also makes it possible to make the user understand the particular cooking monitoring function arranged in the cooking vessel. In addition, the use of a pictogram makes it possible to sell the same cooking vessel in markets having different languages.
[0008] Preferably, the marking is carried out by an ink deposition process, in particular screen printing or pad printing.
[0009] This arrangement makes it possible to obtain a marking by an economical process, which can be easily inserted into the automated manufacturing process of a cooking vessel. In addition, the ink deposition having a very small thickness, the bottom of the cooking vessel provided with the marking has a flat and smooth surface. Advantageously, the temperature sensor is arranged in the center of the bottom and the identification means are therefore arranged in the center of the bottom.
[0010] This arrangement makes it possible to obtain an intuitive use of the cooking monitoring function arranged in the cooking vessel, the user naturally depositing the food to be cooked in the center of the bottom. Preferably, the temperature sensor is arranged remotely relative to the center of the bottom and the identification means are therefore arranged remotely relative to the center of the bottom. The Applicant has shown that it was economically interesting to make the same sensor subassembly, see a subset handle provided with the temperature sensor for a range of cooking containers for example increasing diameters. The subassembly has a fixed distance between the temperature sensor and the attachment end of the handle on the side wall of the cooking vessel. Thus, for a part of the cooking vessels whose radius is different from the distance d, the identification means are arranged remotely relative to the center of the bottom. Accordingly, the user can place his food to cook remotely from the center of the bottom to be in line with the temperature sensor for these cooking vessels. Preferably, the cooking vessel is a pan, a saucepan, a sauté pan, a Dutch oven or a pressure cooker. The invention will be better understood by studying the embodiments taken as non-limiting and illustrated in the appended figures in which: FIG. 1 illustrates a perspective view from below of a cooking vessel according to a particular embodiment of the invention. FIG. 2 illustrates a perspective view from above of the cooking vessel illustrated in FIG. 1. FIG. 3 illustrates a schematic top view of the bottom of the cooking vessel illustrated in FIG. 2, the marking being made according to another particular embodiment embodiment of the invention. Figure 4 illustrates a schematic top view of the bottom of the cooking vessel illustrated in Figure 2, the marking being made according to another particular embodiment of the invention. Figure 5 illustrates a schematic top view of the bottom of the cooking vessel illustrated in Figure 2, the marking being made according to another particular embodiment of the invention.
[0011] Figure 6 illustrates a schematic top view of the bottom of a cooking vessel of the same range as the cooking vessel shown in Figure 5, but of larger diameter. According to an embodiment visible in Figure 1, a cooking vessel 1 comprises a cap 2 comprising a bottom 3 and a side wall 4. The cooking vessel 1 comprises a perforated plate 6 fixed on an outer face 7 of the cap 2 and a temperature sensor 10 arranged between the outer face 7 of the cap 2 and the perforated plate 6. The temperature sensor 10 may in particular comprise an active portion formed by a negative temperature coefficient thermistor or a thermocouple. The temperature sensor 10 is provided with two conductive elements 11, 12 which are electrically connected to signal processing and display means formed by an electronic circuit 40 for processing the quantity measured by the temperature sensor 10 and displaying the temperature or temperature information. The temperature sensor 10 extends radially from the center of the bottom 3 to the side wall 4. The perforated plate 6 has a circular portion 6a which covers the temperature sensor 10 and a central portion of the outer surface of the bottom 3; and an elongated portion 6b which covers the conductive elements 11, 12 and extends radially on the outer surface of the bottom 3 as well as partially on the outer surface of the side wall 4.
[0012] The cap 2 of the cooking vessel is made from an aluminum disc having a thickness of between 2 and 6 millimeters, the disc comprising a groove 5. The perforated plate 6 provided with the temperature sensor 10 and the conductive elements 11 , 12 is positioned on the disk so that the temperature sensor 10 is positioned in the groove 5 and the perforated plate 6 is fixed to the disk by a striking operation. To understand the method of fixing the perforated plate 6 on the disk 2a, reference is made to the description of the French patents FR2693894 and FR2711051 filed by the applicant. The disk thus provided with the perforated grid 6 and the temperature sensor 10 is shaped by a striking operation to constitute the cap 2 of the cooking vessel 1. In accordance with FIGS. 1 and 2, the cooking vessel 1 comprises a handle 30 of which one end 31 is fixed on the side wall 4 by fastening means (not shown in the figures). The electronic circuit 40 is arranged in the handle 30 and is electrically connected to the conductive elements 11, 12 by two terminals 41, 42. The end 31 of the handle 30 comprises a housing 32 in which the conductive elements 11, 12 are connected to the terminals 41, 42, for example by welding. The housing 32 is closed by a cover 33 (shown exploded in Figure 1).
[0013] As can be seen in FIG. 2, the cooking vessel 1 has an internal face 8 which comprises a marking 20a which is arranged directly above the temperature sensor 10. The marking 20a forms a means of identifying a zone of depositing food to be cooked in the cooking vessel 1. The marking 20a has a symbol 21 symbolically representing a heated cooking vessel and an arrow indicating the dispensing zone. Marking 20a also includes a line 22 forming the perimeter of a circle. The circle comprises a center arranged directly above the temperature sensor 10. In this embodiment where the temperature sensor 10 is arranged at the center of the bottom 3, the marking 20a is also positioned at the center of the bottom 3.
[0014] Figure 3 illustrates a schematic top view of the bottom 3 of the cooking vessel 1. The bottom 3 has a marking 20b according to another particular embodiment of the invention. The marking 20b comprises several letters 23 forming the word SENSOR to evoke to the user the presence of the temperature sensor 10. In the same way as for the marking 20a, the marking 20b also comprises a line 22 forming the perimeter of a circle . Figure 4 also illustrates a schematic top view of the bottom 3 of the cooking vessel 1. The bottom 3 has a marking 20c according to another particular embodiment of the invention. The marking 20c has a colored surface 24 in the form of a circle. The colored surface 24 has reserve zones in the form of letters 25 for making the words Cooking and Area and thus indicating to the user the zone of removal of the food to be cooked. As visible in Figure 5, the bottom 3 of the cooking vessel 1 comprises a marking 20d according to another particular embodiment of the invention. The marking 20d comprises a pictogram 21, several letters 23 forming the word SENSOR and a line 22 forming the perimeter of a circle. The temperature sensor 10 provided with the conductive elements 11, 12, possibly placed in a tubular sheath, forms a sensor subassembly. The temperature sensor 10 is arranged at a first end of the sensor subassembly. A second end of the sensor subassembly forms a junction zone between the conductive elements 11, 12 and the terminals 41, 42 of the electronic circuit 40, the junction zone being arranged at the end 31 of the handle 30. Sensor set is the same for a range of different diameter cookware. Thus, the distance d from the temperature sensor 10 to the junction zone is the same for all the containers in the range. The cooking vessel 1 of the range comprises a marking 20d centered with respect to the bottom 3, in line with the temperature sensor itself arranged at the center of the bottom 3. The distance d is substantially equal to the radius of the bottom 3. According to Figure 6, a cooking vessel 1 'of the same range as the cooking vessel 1 has a diameter of a bottom 3' greater than the bottom 3. The bottom 3 'has the marking 20d arranged on an inner face 8 . The cooking vessel 1 'has the same sensor subassembly as the cooking vessel 1. The temperature sensor 10 is arranged at the distance d from the junction zone at the end 31 of the handle 30. Thus, the marking 20d which is in line with the temperature sensor 10, is offset to the handle. In operation, the user places the cooking vessel 1 on the heating means and preheats the cap 2 to a temperature that the user can follow on the signal processing and display means formed by the electronic circuit 40. Once the preheating temperature has been reached, the user places the food to be cooked on the marking 20a situated in the center of the bottom 3 and in line with the temperature sensor 10. The user can then follow the cooking of the food. food by monitoring the indications provided by the electronic circuit 40 connected to the temperature sensor 10 located closest to the food, the electronic circuit 40 may include an audible alarm to alert the user to exceed a set temperature. If the user uses the cooking vessel 1 ', once the preheating temperature has been reached, the user places the food to be cooked on the marking 20d located remotely relative to the center of the bottom 3' and to the Of course, the invention is not limited to the described and illustrated embodiments which have been given by way of example only. Modifications are possible, particularly from the point of view of the constitution of the various elements or by substitution of technical equivalents, without departing from the scope of protection of the invention.
[0015] Thus, in an alternative embodiment, the marking may comprise recessed or raised parts. These hollow or raised parts are preferably made by striking the bottom during the shaping of the cooking vessel. In another variant embodiment, the means for identifying a zone for depositing the food to be cooked comprise a device for emitting a light ray which may advantageously be arranged on the handle. The light beam is directed towards the bottom of the cooking vessel to form an illuminated area directly above the temperature sensor which defines the cooking food dispensing zone.
